Our physiotherapists and others in the medical field often see issues that can be avoided. If only we had a little more connection with our body and mind. If occasionally we took the time to slow down. If we learned to listen to the signals and tensions in our body. This is exactly why Yoga couldn't be missing from our offer.

And just so you know, you do not at all have to be flexible to start yoga.

Small group yoga

Our weekly yoga classes in small groups (max. 4 participants) in which the lesson is tailored to the participants and there is room for close-up guidance.

Trauma release yoga

Through a specific structure and sequence of exercises, we can detect and attempt to remove blockages in the body . This allows life energy to flow through again, calming the nervous system.
