Small Group Yoga

"Deep breathing is our nervous system's love language."

We start from the foundation of everything: our breath. During the class, we focus on relaxation and unwinding, both physically and mentally. We connect with our body through breathing. We learn to feel where there may be tension, and how we can gradually release it. In this way we achieve a gentle flow of movements that will have a therapeutic effect on our body and mind.

Every body is different and has its individual needs. That is why our classes are given in small groups (max. 4 participants). This allows space for everyone's story, opportunities for feedback and adjustment where necessary, ensuring that each person can leave class with a good feeling.

Our yoga instructor works closely with our physiotherapists, so if there are certain medical histories or mental / physical issues that need to be considered, you can inform us in advance by emailing charlotte@re-treat.be. If desired, a meeting with one of our therapists and/or yoga instructor can also be arranged in advance.
