Can I cancel my appointment?

Appointments need to be cancelled by phone or mail, at least 24h in advance. In case of late cancellation, treatment costs may be charged.

Do the physiotherapist follow the convention?

All our physiotherapists do not follow the convention. We prioritise high and regular education for our therapists. To guarantee this quality care, we choose not to follow the convention.

Can I get a reimbursement from my insurance?

If you are referred for physiotherapy by a doctor (GP or specialist) and have a prescription, your mutuality or insurance will reimburse a part of the costs. We will provide you with the necessary documents to send to your insurance.

Is there parking space?

Next to the building is a small street that leads to a spacious parking at the back. Our entrance is also at the back.

Do I plan a 30 minute or 60 minute appointment?

For a first appointment (new patient or new pathology) you always plan a 60 minute appointment. During this appointment we take time for a comprehensive assessment. After the first session your physio will advise you to plan 30 or 60 minute appointments for follow-up sessions, depending on the treatment plan.
